Heraeus Matt Gold System for Porcelain
The Heraeus Matt Gold System is a decoration system for decal production. Certain bright precious metal decal pastes are partly printed on top of a special white underlay. After firing the decal, the bright precious metal layer on top of the underlay has a silk matt golden/platinum appearance, and on top of the substrate glaze a bright appearance.
Heraeus One Fire Etching Imitation System
With the Heraeus One Fire Etching Imitation System, real etching decorations can be simulated without having to remove glaze with hydrofluoric acid. The system combines special underlays, bright relief and special bright precious metal materials for decal production.
Heraeus Two Fire Etching Imitation System for Porcelain
With the Heraeus Two Fire Etching Imitation System for porcelain, real etching decorations can be simulated without needing to remove glaze with hydrofluoric acid. The system combines underlay/relief decal fired in the first step of decoration followed by brush application of a liquid bright precious metal for the second firing.
Heraeus Gold under Flux System for Porcelain
The Heraeus Gold under Flux System contains special bright precious metal pastes that can be overprinted with a lead-free glass flux. Typically, the system is used in a decal process. After firing, the resulting glaze-protected precious metal decoration distinguishes itself by an extremely high scratch resistance. The valuable precious metal layer is nicely protected under a thin layer of flux.
