Heraeus Precious Metals, one of the largest companies in the precious metals industry, opened its www.heraeus-gold.de online shop yesterday. Customers benefit from the company's expertise in precious metals refining and trading and can purchase precious metal bars directly from the refiner from the comfort of their own home. Just last year, Heraeus Precious Metals opened its online shop for private customers in Hong Kong.
“Our customers can look forward to a new design and an improved user experience. We will continue to provide innovative solutions and first-class service to meet the growing demands and expectations of our customers,” explains Henrik Marx, Global Head of Trading at Heraeus Precious Metals.
In the online shop, private customers in Germany can choose from a wide selection of Heraeus gold and silver bars, as well as platinum and palladium bars, in a range of weights: depending on the metal, in sizes between 1 gram and 1,000 grams – and in the case of silver bars, even up to 15 kilograms. In addition, the product portfolio also includes gold savings plans, in which a fixed amount is invested in gold each month. This enables customers to build up assets over the long term and benefit from the performance and security that gold offers as an investment.
Until now, the online store has been operated in collaboration with the distribution partner Ophirum. “After many years of good cooperation and the successful establishment of the online store, we are taking the next step and are now operating the store independently,” says Henrik Marx.
