Heraeus Taiwan
Heraeus has set up many overseas branches, and has been established since 2002 in Taiwan. On top of our head office in Taipei, we have three applications labs to support our customers to use our excellent products in the Semiconductors, Displays, Electronics and other areas, all located in north Taiwan close to our customers.
Introduction
Our main products are precious metals, electronic materials such as solder paste and bonding wires, infrared heaters, ultraviolet tubes, EMI shielding solutions for advanced IC packaging and display panels, plus specialty chemicals. Over the past few years, Taiwan has been playing an ever more critical role in the global supply chain for Semiconductor, Displays, and Electronics. Heraeus Group has produced the related key materials and precious metal based products for the industries, and played a key role within this supply chain throughout years. Due to our quality, innovation, and services, Heraeus Taiwan has grown rapidly.
In the future, we will continue to be customer-orientated, innovative, and high-performing. Heraeus Taiwan will also retain its international business and be fully responsible in its duty to customers. We will be developing the scale of business and increasing profits with Taiwanese industries.
